Let me help

If you get a traffic ticket, you can handle it yourself; but, ask yourself if you really should. Your answers to the following questions will help you decide:

Do you know and understand the difference between a ticket charging you with an infraction versus a ticket charging you with, for example, a misdemeanor? Do you know some charges don't require your appearance in court?

What types of speeding and/or other traffic offenses can result in the loss of your driving privilege? Do you know and understand there is a point system that plays a role in this issue?

Are you aware that a traffic ticket charging you with a moving violation will result in an increase to your insurance premiums? Are you also aware that this too is controlled by a point system?

As your attorney, my priorities are:

  1. Protecting you from jail (if that's at issue);
  2. Preserving your driving privilege (if it's at risk); and
  3. Saving you money by a) Eliminating, or minimizing, the increase to your insurance premium, and b) Whenever possible allowing you to not miss work.

Consequently, the savings you can experience by hiring the right attorney for your case are very real. Call my office for a free consultation.
